The re-working of a former commercial premises in a Westminster conservation area into a new gallery.
Carroll Fletcher is a new commercial art gallery in Fitzrovia. The project involved a new facade to the street and a cast in situ concrete stair connecting to a deep basement. The gallery provides flexible space, adaptable to changing gallery exhibitions. This is balanced against strong elements of built infrastructure.
